Brightwater Flour Mill:

I remember hearing my father talk about this -
Brightwater Flour Mill, c. 1900, showing the mill pond.
This large mill, built by Alfred Saunders, started operating in 1855 and was later sold in 1866 to Charles Stratford.
Wheat was imported from Australia to mix with local wheat for a higher grade flour.
