Black Horse Hotel, Nelson



While living at Delaware Bay I remember going into Nelson for shopping and stopping at the Black Horse hotel on the way back.
We were treated to a raspberry drink and mother complaining that our father was taking to long to come back out.

    I remember the pub well l was in Sunnybank Boys Home late 40s

      I was at Nelson College with Dennis Wastney in the 50's. I am sure he lived near the Boys home
